Last Day at SLCH
On my last day at St. Louis Children's Hospital the first task I was given was to hand address (in cursive) a bunch of letters to a lunch for donors and member of the board. It was slightly difficult to A) remember cursive and B) adresses them correctly. The next thing I did was to help organize the gifts for a golf tournament the hospital is hosting today. I helped to put golf balls and clubs into boxes and wrap them and put bows on them. I also helped to package up other gift backs for winners in the tournament. I enjoyed my time and the SLCH Foundation. It was interesting to see all the work that goes into fundraising. Sometimes I didn't feel like I was helping out much but after wards you realize you were doing something that helps support a great cause. Now onto Burroughs on Monday to teach cheers to the 8th Graders!
